With over twenty years involvement in the real estate industry, Darius brings a wealth of experience in construction and project management. He is a registered builder in the State of New Jersey and a licensed real estate broker. Darius is a past President and board member of the Asian Indian Chamber of Commerce and a member of the National Association of Home Builders.

Lee DeCarolis – Director of Architecture & Design

Lee is a registered Architect and a graduate of the Architecture program of the New Jersey Institute of Technology. He has over twenty years of experience in design and construction of both residential and commercial projects.

Manu Kapadia – Director of Operations

Manu holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Commerce and Economics and runs the day to day operations of Primus. She is responsible for accounting and budget management while maintaining a strong control over procedures and systems.
